1. Customer-Provided Materials

When you provide your own fabric:

• No advance payment is required for tailoring services
• Payment is collected only upon completion and delivery
• You may review the finished product before payment
• If the garment doesn't fit properly, we compensate for your fabric cost

2. Fabric Purchase Through Us

When you request us to purchase fabric on your behalf:

• Fabric cost is payable upfront
• Tailoring fees are due only upon delivery and satisfaction
• Detailed receipts are provided for all costs
• We guarantee proper fit or full compensation

Our measurement-based approach includes:

• Comprehensive body measurements taken at our shop
• Multiple fitting sessions during the tailoring process
